Advance America was just another payday lender when they came to EP. I had the chance to help rebrand and reposition them with our “You Advance America” campaign. Instead of only focused on the lower funnel conversion tactics like many competitors, we sought to humanize their brand and the need for a loan.

Our advertisements featured ambient conversations and real-life moments that sought to make these slices of life seem more approachable and stand out amidst the loud, in your face tactics of the category. The results were phenomenal. In addition, we created other campaigns like the You Might Be Surprised campaign that featured real people and their real stories, and how Advance America truly helped them when they needed it the most.

You Might Be Surprised

This is another campaign I helped bring to life for Advance America that featured real stories from real people that received Advance America’s support during a difficult time. It was another successful campaign that helped humanize the brand by approaching the target with empathy - which was something none of our competitors were doing at the time. The results were remarkable as Advance America took even more market share from their competitors as a result of our work.
